1. General
Valter Piccardi Tmi ID: FI34218796 sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery terms.

2. Binding nature of the order and contact information
The agreement is concluded when the customer has accepted the order at checkout and received an order confirmation by email. The customer undertakes to provide correct contact information (name, address, telephone number, email) when placing an order.

3. Payment methods
We use the Stripe payment service, through which you can pay with Finnish online banks, credit cards, or by invoice.


4. Delivery terms and costs
Delivery methods: Post, Matkahuolto, Pick-up
Delivery time: Usually 2–5 business days for in-stock products.
Delivery costs: Delivery costs are determined by the selected delivery method and weight. They are announced before the order is accepted.
Uncollected package: Failure to collect the package does not constitute a return. We will charge the actual costs incurred for uncollected packages.

5. Right of cancellation and returns
According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has a 14-day right of return from receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in a saleable condition. Our customer service must be notified in advance of the return.


Note! The right of return does not apply to personalised items or sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

6. Complaints and liability for defects
If the product arrives damaged or we deliver it incorrectly, please contact us immediately, but no later than 14 days. We comply with the liability for defects in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Information provided by the customer, Valter Piccardi Tmi's ordering system, and potential purchases of customer data from external parties in accordance with Finnish law.

7. Principles of Register Protection
Manual material is kept in a locked and electronically protected space.
The IT-based system is kept in a locked space, protected by firewalls, usernames, and passwords.

Information is transferred as needed, both internally and externally, to the following groups:

  • Company personnel who require the information to perform their duties.
  • Authorities, as required by law (e.g., social and tax authorities), must be notified.
  • Partners and subcontractors necessary for order processing and customer relationship management (e.g., parties related to payment and delivery, such as Paytrail, Posti, Matkahuolto).

Only designated employees of the registrar whose job description includes processing the data are entitled to access and use the information contained in the register. These employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality.

8. Right of Inspection and Implementation
Registered individuals have the right to inspect the data stored about them in the register and to obtain copies of it. The inspection request must be made in writing and signed. The request must be submitted to the company responsible for registration matters.

9. Correction of Information and Implementation
The data subject is entitled to demand the correction of incorrect information in the register. The request for correction must be made in writing and must be sufficiently specific. Requests are addressed in writing to the company responsible for registration matters.

10. Right of Prohibition
The data subject is entitled to prohibit the registrar from processing information concerning them for direct advertising, distance selling, other direct marketing, market and opinion research, or genealogical research. The prohibition must be addressed in writing to the company responsible for register matters.

Force Majeure
Valter Piccardi Tmi is exempt from the obligations contained in these terms in the event of force majeure. Such events may include fire, hurricane, flood, sabotage, interruption of financial or general traffic, accidents causing major harm, government actions, enacted or amended laws, or labor market conflicts.

Disputes
Possible disputes are primarily resolved through negotiation. If a solution satisfactory to both parties is not reached, they will be settled in the District Court of Helsinki.
